LOCATION
The Chêne Bleu vineyard and winery are located in the Vaucluse region of Provence, in the South of France, at the heart of the Mont Ventoux UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, high up in the Dentelles de Montmirail—a mountain saddle at the foot of the Saint Amand. Drive or bike past the village of Crestet to the end of a winding paved road through the forest, until you see a wine estate surrounding a medieval priory known as La Verrière, per the detailed directions below.
We are approx 50min northeast of Avignon and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, 30min from Gigondas, 15min from Vaison-la-Romaine, 7min from Crestet.

La Verrière is run in an ecologically responsible way. Our private forest is managed in a sustainable manner according to strict standards set and monitored by the PEFC (Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) in order to preserve the welfare of its native fauna and flora.
