Eat
Having come all the way up the mountain to taste our wine, we hope you will also be able to satisfy your appetite with some locally-sourced Provençal specialties, including our ‘Farm-to-Fork’ cuisine. Guillaume Delauné – our experienced executive chef – enjoys the challenge of sourcing the best local ingredients, including those from our own organic vegetable garden. Guillaume has lived in many countries and as a result, his ability to reconcile international techniques with our local ingredients inspires us daily. We have a variety of casual and formal eating options available on the property. Some menus are designed to be time-efficient; other menus give you the opportunity to fully take in the breadth of the sumptuous setting.
